David co-founded Strategy of Mind as a psychiatrist, leadership specialist, certified executive coach (PCC, ICF), and counselor based in Boston.
He has vast experience as an executive coach and leadership trainer across a wide diversity of corporate settings, writing frequently about his approach in articles for the Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, and other publications. David earned an MD from Harvard Medical School and PhD from the University of Chicago.
Ryan co-founded Strategy of Mind as a management consultant specializing in both individual and organizational performance improvement.
Prior to his work in consulting, Ryan served at The White House as a Presidential Management Fellow, where his team was responsible for improving and sustaining high levels of performance across federal agencies. Ryan has delivered a TEDx Talk and written articles for various publications. He holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago.
